For Hot Dipped Galvanized Steel Coil, the steel sheet is dipped in a bath of molten zinc to coat its surface with a layer of zinc. It is mainly produced by the continuous galvanizing process, that is, the rolled steel plate is continuously immersed in the plating tank, and the zinc is melted to make galvanized steel plate; an alloy galvanized steel plate. This kind of steel plate is also made by the hot dipped method, but it is heated to about 500 ℃ immediately after being out of the can to form a zinc-iron alloy coating. After the hot-dipped galvanized steel sheet is pulled out of the zinc pot, the appearance of the grains formed as the zinc layer cools and solidifies is called sequins. The size, brightness and surface topography of spangles depend on a range of factors but are mainly related to the composition of the zinc layer and the cooling method.
