PPGI & PPGL (prepainted galvanized steel & prepainted galvalume steel) also known as pre-coated steel or color-coated steel coil, It is a product made of hot-dip galvanized steel sheet, hot-dip galvalume steel sheet, etc. After surface pretreatment, one or several layers of organic coating are applied on the surface and then baked and solidified. The color-coated steel coil is light in weight, beautiful in appearance, has good anti-corrosion performance, and can be directly processed. The color is generally divided into gray, sea blue, brick red, etc. It is mainly used in advertising, construction, decoration, home appliances, electrical appliances, the furniture industry and the transportation industry. The coatings used for color-coated steel coils are based on the environment in which the resin is selected, such as polyester silicon-modified polyester, polyvinyl chloride plastisol, polyvinylidene chloride, and as your like.

Pretreatment (including chemical degreasing and chemical conversion treatment), then apply one or more organic coatings, the substrate is a pre-coated steel plate of GI steel coil, GL steel coil, and then bake and cure to form a product. The top coat can be divided It is polyester, silicone-modified polyester, high-durability polyester (HDP), and polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF).
* Topcoats (finishes) that provide color, pleasing appearance and appearance, and barrier films that enhance long-term durability.
* Primer coating prevents paint undercut and enhances corrosion resistance.

Coating type:
Top paint: PVDF, HDP, SMP, PE, PU;
Primer paint: Polyurethance, Epoxy, PE;
Back paint: epoxy, modified polyester.
Polyester (PE): Good adhesion, rich color, wide range of formability and outdoor durability, moderate chemical resistance, low cost. Silicon Modified Polyester (SMP): Good abrasion and heat resistance, as well as good exterior durability and chalk resistance, gloss retention, general flexibility and moderate cost.
High Durability Polyester (HDP): Excellent color retention and UV resistance, excel58lent outdoor durability and Anti-powder, good adhesion of paint film, rich colors, excellent cost performance.
Polyvinylidene Fluoride (PVDF): Excellent color retention and UV resistance, excellent outdoor durability and chalk resistance, excellent solvent resistance, good formability, stain resistance, limited color, high cost.
